Ushanti Colour Chem Limited — Board Meeting, 16-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Ushanti Colour Chem Limited has approved raising funds of up to ₹20.25 crore through the issuance of 29,78,000 convertible equity warrants at ₹68 each. Additionally, Mrs. Nisha Bhavin Shah has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, while Ms. Hanisha Jinish Patel has resigned from her role as Non-Executive Independent Director. The Board has also reconstituted its committees in light of these changes and announced an Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholder approval on May 15, 2025.
