Next Mediaworks Limited — Important, 16-04-2025: General Updates

The Board of Directors of Next Mediaworks Limited has designated Mr. Sameer Singh as Chairman and accepted the resignations of Mr. Ramesh Menon as Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Amit Madaan as Chief Financial Officer.
