Revenue from operations reached ₹525.54 crore, while consolidated net profit stood at ₹117.21 crore. A final dividend of ₹26 per equity share has been proposed, contingent upon shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Ambarish Kenghe has been appointed as a Whole Time Director effective immediately, pending shareholder confirmation at the upcoming General Meeting.
