HOV Services Limited is moving forward with a demerger plan for its wholly owned subsidiary, HOVS LLC, which will lead to the creation of a new subsidiary to hold its investment assets. There will be no change in the existing shareholding pattern as the company will receive shares of the new entity equivalent to the value of the investments transferred, while HOVS LLC will retain other assets and liabilities.
