IDFC First Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 17-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

IDFC FIRST Bank has convened a board meeting and approved a fundraise of up to ₹7500 Cr from Currant Sea Investments B.V. and Platinum Invictus B 2025 RSC Limited. The board has also reclassified its authorized share capital and greenlit the issuance of approximately 124.99 crore compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares at ₹60 each. Additionally, amendments to the Articles of Association will allow Currant Sea Investments to nominate one non-retiring non-executive director. A postal ballot notice will be issued to seek shareholders' approval on these measures.
