Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 17-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has approved the allotment of 62,304 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, with each share having a face value of ₹10. Following this issuance, the bank's paid-up capital has increased from ₹1,935.00 crore to ₹1,935.07 crore. The bank is in the process of obtaining final listing approval for these shares from NSE and BSE.
