Three wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited have been incorporated to facilitate significant transmission projects. The subsidiaries include Mandsaur Transmission Limited, Vindhyachal Varanasi Transmission Limited, and Morena SEZ Transmission Limited.

- **Mandsaur Transmission Limited** will focus on augmenting transformation capacity for renewable energy interconnection.

- **Vindhyachal Varanasi Transmission Limited** aims at strengthening the inter-regional transmission system to alleviate the 765 kV Vindhyachal-Varanasi line loading.

- **Morena SEZ Transmission Limited** is set to develop a transmission system for evacuating power from renewable energy projects in the Morena Special Economic Zone, targeting a capacity of 2500 MW.

These Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) are part of the Ministry of Power's initiative, designated as Bid Process Coordinators for selecting a Transmission Service Provider through a competitive bidding process.
