HDFC Asset Management Company Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a final dividend of ₹90 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. In addition, the company reported audited financial results showing a profit after tax of ₹2,461.05 cr for the year, up from ₹1,945.88 cr the previous year. The company also plans to introduce an Employees Stock Options and Performance-linked Stock Units Scheme – 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Further, 8,73,719 previously available options under an earlier scheme have been canceled.
