The company launched projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹4,000 crore during the fiscal year, with nearly 42% of total pre-sales attributed to these new launches. Their flagship project, Life Republic, contributed significantly, with sales volumes of 1.9 million sq. ft.

Despite a slight decline in overall sales volumes by 1% year-over-year due to delays in project launches, average realizations improved by 8% to ₹7,758 per sq. ft., showcasing strong brand recognition and demand.
