Zota Health Care LImited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 17-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Zota Health Care Limited has allotted 7,95,000 fully paid equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 900 each, raising a total of Rs. 71.55 crore. The allotment, approved by the Board, was made to two non-promoter entities: Valiant Mauritius Partners Offshore Limited (5,65,086 shares) and Valiant Mauritius Partners Limited (2,29,914 shares). Following this transaction, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 28.63 crore to Rs. 29.43 crore, now totaling 2,94,30,033 equity shares.
