NIIT Limited — JV/Acquisition, 17-04-2025: Acquisition

NIIT Limited has executed a Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% equity stake in iamneo Edutech Private Limited in multiple tranches. Initially, NIIT has acquired 70% of iamneo for approximately ₹613 million, including a primary investment of around ₹100 million. The remaining 30% will be acquired over the next five years. This strategic acquisition will enable NIIT to enhance its offerings in technology training solutions, providing scalable, AI-driven learning solutions for universities and corporates. The acquisition positions NIIT for substantial growth in a rapidly evolving educational technology space.
