The company has invested Rs. 62.41 Cr in Precision Wires India Ltd, acquiring 44,023 equity shares, bringing its total investment in the firm to Rs. 196.55 Cr. Precision Wires is engaged in producing winding wires used in electrical equipment, with a turnover of Rs. 330,169.11 Lakhs in FY 2023-2024.

Additionally, GEECEE has invested Rs. 199.48 Cr in Vedanta Limited, acquiring 50,000 equity shares. Vedanta operates as a leading natural resources conglomerate with a diverse portfolio across metals and energy, generating a turnover of Rs. 69,663 Cr in FY 2023-2024. These investments reflect GEECEE's continued commitment to enhancing its portfolio, contributing to a positive outlook for the company's long-term growth strategy.
