Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited — Board Meeting, 17-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, reporting consolidated revenue from operations of ₹272.67 crore and a net profit of ₹7.21 crore. The Board also scheduled the 43rd Annual General Meeting for 18th July 2025 and recommended the appointment of Ms. Ami Goda as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, 8,278 equity shares were allotted to employees under the Employee Stock Options Scheme, increasing the paid-up capital to ₹27.94 crore.
