ITC Limited has executed agreements for the acquisition of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited (SNBPL), acquiring 100% of its share capital for up to ₹472.5 crores in cash. This strategic move enhances ITC's position in the high-growth organic food segment, leveraging SNBPL’s established network of 27,500 farmers and strong brand equity under the ‘24 Mantra Organic’ label. Additionally, ITC has entered transactions to increase its stake in Mother Sparsh Baby Care Private Limited from 26.5% to 73.5%, further strengthening its footprint in the premium baby care market, projected to grow significantly due to rising consumer awareness and demand. The acquisition is structured to happen over the next 2-3 years, aligning with ITC’s strategy to build a future-ready product portfolio.
