The Board of Directors of Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr. Shrenik D. Choudhari as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. In addition, the board has re-appointed M/s Shrenik Nagaonkar & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor and CA Nilesh Kothari as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
