Transteel Seating Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 18-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The fund-raising committee of TRANSTEEL Seating Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome focused on the conversion of 12,67,500 warrants into an equal number of equity shares. The equity shares, issued at a price of Rs. 80 each (Rs. 10 face value plus Rs. 70 premium), total a capital infusion of Rs. 7.6 crore from non-promoter allottees, including Century India Opportunity Fund. Post-conversion, the company's paid-up capital rises to Rs. 21.44 crore. Currently, 35,52,500 warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
