Malu Paper Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 18-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointments of Shri Punamchand Malu as Managing Director & CEO and Shri Banwarilal Malu as Joint Managing Director for another five consecutive years, effective from April 1, 2025. These approvals are subject to shareholder consent. Both directors bring extensive experience in their respective fields, with Shri Punamchand Malu having over five decades in various industries including paper and textiles, while Shri Banwarilal Malu has over four decades of expertise particularly in paper and rice mills.
