Amber Enterprises India Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 18-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Amber Enterprises India Limited has announced the allotment of 18,500 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each, under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2017. This allotment, resulting from options exercised by eligible employees, increases the paid-up equity share capital from ₹33.82 crore to ₹33.84 crore. After the allotment, the total number of shares outstanding is now 33,842,006. The shares rank equally with existing ones in all respects.
