Yes Bank Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 19-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Yes Bank has approved the allotment of 20,60,648 equity shares at a face value of Rs. 2 each, following the exercise of stock options under the YBL PESOP 2020 plan. The total funds raised from this exercise amount to Rs. 2.72 crore. With this allotment, the bank's paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 6,270.82 crore to Rs. 6,271.23 crore, reflecting a growth in the number of equity shares from approximately 3,135.41 crore to 3,135.62 crore shares.
