Mahindra Logistics Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-04-2025: Dividend

Mahindra Logistics Limited has announced a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, subject to approval at the upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders after 22 July 2025, based on the list of beneficial owners as of 11 July 2025. Additionally, Ms. Malvika Sinha and Mr. Dhananjay Mungale will be re-appointed as Independent Directors for their respective terms, and Hemant Sikka has been appointed as the new Managing Director and CEO effective 5 May 2025, succeeding Rampraveen Swaminathan, who will resign on 20 July 2025.
