360 ONE WAM LIMITED’s Board has approved a strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for domestic and global clients. This partnership will give clients access to onshore and offshore wealth management services and will explore collaborative opportunities in asset management and investment banking.

Additionally, the company plans to issue 2,05,02,939 warrants to UBS AG at a price of Rs. 1,030 each, convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares. UBS will simultaneously acquire the India Wealth Business from affiliates of UBS AG, which includes various financial services, for a net consideration of Rs. 307 crores. The combined assets under management from this acquisition are approximately Rs. 26,000 crores. The transaction is expected to take approximately six months to complete, pending requisite approvals. This collaboration marks a significant expansion for 360 ONE, bolstering its position in India’s growing wealth management market, with potential for strong future growth in shareholder value.
