360 ONE WAM LIMITED has entered an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions available to clients in India and globally. This partnership will merge 360 ONE's local expertise with UBS's international capabilities, opening access to onshore and offshore solutions. As part of this collaboration, UBS AG will invest in warrants representing a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE for ₹1,030 per warrant, totaling 2.05 crore warrants.

Additionally, 360 ONE aims to acquire UBS’s India Wealth Business, involving stockbroking services and portfolio management characteristics, for ₹307 crores. The combined assets under management are approximately ₹26,000 crores as of December 31, 2024. A swift execution of these agreements is expected, indicating a positive outlook and potential market expansion for 360 ONE's service offerings.
