360 ONE WAM Limited's Board has approval for an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS AG, aiming to enhance wealth management solutions for domestic and global clients. This collaboration will provide clients access to onshore and offshore wealth management services and will explore new asset management and investment banking opportunities.

Additionally, UBS AG will acquire 4.95% equity through the issuance of 2,05,02,939 warrants at Rs. 1,030 per warrant, subject to shareholder approval. The company also plans to acquire the India Wealth Business of UBS affiliates, encompassing stock broking, portfolio management services, and a residual loan portfolio with assets under management valued at approximately Rs. 26,000 crores. The total consideration for this acquisition amounts to Rs. 307 crores, with an expected completion time of about six months, pending regulatory approvals. This strategic alignment positions 360 ONE and UBS for significant growth in the competitive wealth management sector.
