The firm will acquire UBS's India Wealth Business through its subsidiaries, involving a range of services including stock broking, distribution, and portfolio management, with a total consideration of ₹307 crore. This strategic move aims to enhance wealth management solutions for both domestic and global clients, leveraging UBS's international expertise alongside 360 ONE's local presence. Additionally, UBS will be issued 2,05,02,939 warrants at ₹1,030 per warrant, potentially increasing its stake by approximately 4.95%.
