360 ONE WAM LIMITED has entered into an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for domestic and international clients. This partnership will provide a platform for clients from both firms to access a broader range of onshore and offshore wealth management services.
Additionally, 360 ONE will acquire UBS's onshore wealth management business in India through its subsidiaries, which includes stock broking and portfolio management services, with active assets under management of approximately Rs 26,000 crores. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs 307 crores. In conjunction with this, UBS will purchase up to 2,05,02,939 warrants at a price of Rs 1,030 per warrant, representing around a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE, underscoring UBS's commitment to the growing ultra-high-net-worth segment in India.
This collaboration positions 360 ONE as a stronger player in the market, with future growth opportunities expected as the firms explore synergies. Investors should monitor the development of this strategic alliance closely as it could unlock significant value.
