360 ONE WAM LIMITED is entering into a strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for clients in India and globally. As part of this partnership, 360 ONE will acquire UBS’s onshore wealth management business in India, including stock broking and portfolio management services, for a total consideration of ₹307 crores. The acquisition involves subsidiaries of 360 ONE purchasing assets representing approximately ₹26,000 crores under management as of December 31, 2024. UBS will also acquire warrants for a 4.95% equity stake in 360 ONE, indicating a strong commitment to this rapidly growing market.
