360 ONE WAM LIMITED has entered into a strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for clients in India and abroad. This partnership involves a preferential issue of 2,05,02,939 warrants to UBS at a price of Rs. 1,030 per warrant, representing a premium of 14% over the recent average. UBS is set to acquire approximately 4.95% of 360 ONE, underscoring its commitment to the growing ultra-high-net-worth market in India.

Additionally, 360 ONE will acquire UBS's onshore wealth management business in India, including stock broking and portfolio management services, for a net consideration of Rs. 307 crores. The active assets under management for this acquisition are approximately Rs. 26,000 crores.
