360 ONE WAM Limited has entered into an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for domestic and global clients. As part of this partnership, 360 ONE will acquire UBS’s onshore wealth management business in India for a net consideration of ₹307 crores. The deal includes stock broking services, discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services, and the residual loan portfolio of wealth management clients, with active assets under management estimated at approximately ₹26,000 crores. UBS AG will also acquire warrants for a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE, reflecting a long-term commitment to the expanding ultra and high-net-worth market in India.
