The Board of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED has approved an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS AG to enhance wealth management solutions for clients in India and internationally. This partnership involves the issuance of 2,05,02,939 warrants to UBS AG at a price of Rs. 1,030 per warrant, convertible to equity shares within 18 months, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, 360 ONE plans to acquire UBS's onshore wealth management business in India through its subsidiaries, involving discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services and a residual loan portfolio. The transaction is valued at approximately Rs. 307 crores, with active assets under management of around Rs. 26,000 crores as of December 31, 2024.

This strategic move aims to combine 360 ONE's local insights with UBS's global expertise, potentially accelerating growth in the lucrative ultra-high-net-worth market.
