Bhilwara Energy Limited (BEL) recently completed the necessary conditions for an investment transaction with Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund II and other investors, totaling approximately INR 250 crore. The investment will result in the issuance of 1,75,95,979 equity shares at a price of INR 142.08 each, granting investors a 9.6% shareholding in BEL. Today, BEL's board approved the allotment of these shares following the receipt of INR 25 crore as application money from the investors.
