AU Small Finance Bank's Board has approved a dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10% of face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The audited financial results show a net profit of ₹210.59 crore, an increase from the previous year, along with total income of ₹1,859.00 crore and a capital adequacy ratio of 20.06%. The appointment of Mr. Nandkumar Saravade as a Non-Executive Independent Director has also been approved, effective May 31, 2025, subject to shareholder consent.
