IndoStar Capital Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 22-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited has approved the allotment of 375 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the IndoStar ESOP Plan 2018. The face value of each share is INR 10. With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital has increased from INR 1,361.02 crore to INR 1,361.03 crore, bringing the total number of equity shares to 13,610,282.
