Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-04-2025: Dividend

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited has announced a dividend of Rs. 6.50 per equity share (equivalent to 325%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 22nd July 2025. The Register of Members will be closed from 16th July to 22nd July 2025 for the dividend payout. Additionally, the board has approved an increase in borrowing limits from Rs. 1,30,000 crore to Rs. 1,50,000 crore, which also requires shareholder approval at the AGM.
