Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited — Board Meeting, 22-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited has approved the audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025. They declared a dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming AGM. The Board increased borrowing limits from ₹1,30,000 Cr to ₹1,50,000 Cr and re-appointed Dr. Rebecca Nugent as an Independent Director for a second term. Additionally, M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. was appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years.
