The Board of Quicktouch Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the conversion of 10,00,000 warrants into an equal number of equity shares. This conversion was executed at an issue price of Rs. 196.17 each, involving a total payment of Rs. 14.71 Cr from the promoter group. Following this transaction, the paid-up capital of the company now stands at Rs. 12.82 Cr, with the total number of shares reaching 1,28,15,996. There are currently 71,36,204 warrants still outstanding for potential future conversions.
