Tips Music Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of TIPS Music Limited has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting total income of ₹83.15 crore and a net profit of ₹30.61 crore for the quarter. Additionally, the Board has re-appointed Kumar Taurani, Girish Taurani, and Ramesh Taurani as directors for another three years, effective June 1, 2025. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and Maheshwari & Co. have been re-appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26, while M/s. NL Bhatia & Associates has been appointed as the new secretarial auditor for five years, commencing April 1, 2025.
