Tips Music Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Tips Music Limited has met to approve significant measures. The board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year, reporting total income of ₹329.68 crore for the year and a net profit of ₹166.56 crore. They have re-appointed Kumar Taurani as Chairman and Managing Director, along with Girish and Ramesh Taurani as Executive Directors, all effective from June 1, 2025.
