Wendt (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Wendt (India) Limited has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. Standalone sales reached ₹211.97 crore, a 3% increase year-over-year, with a PAT of ₹38.29 crore, down 3% attributed to changes in product mix and higher costs. For the quarter, sales were ₹69.76 crore, up 7%, with a PAT of ₹12.47 crore, a decrease of 5%. On a consolidated basis, sales were ₹231.14 crore, also up 3%, while PAT fell to ₹39.48 crore, down 4%. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹20 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on 21st July 2025. Total dividends for FY 2024-25 amount to ₹50 per share.
