Wendt (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Wendt (India) Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. Standalone sales reached Rs. 211.97 crore, up 3% from the previous year, with a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 38.29 crore, reflecting a 3% decline due to changed product mix and rising costs. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 21st July 2025. The total dividend for the fiscal year will amount to Rs. 50 per share.
