LTIMindtree Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 23-04-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors has announced a final dividend of ₹45 per equity share of ₹1 each for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, LTIMindtree reported revenues of ₹3,80,081 million, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 7%, with a net profit of ₹46,020 million, up 0.4%.
