The Board of Directors of 360 ONE WAM Limited has approved an interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share for FY 2025-26, with a record date set for April 29, 2025. The company also plans to raise funds through non-convertible debt securities up to ₹250 crore, subject to approval. Mr. Karan Bhagat has been reappointed as Managing Director for a five-year term starting July 27, 2025.
