Kohinoor Foods Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the sale of the factory unit located at 50-51 Milestone, G.T. Karnal Road, Murthal, Sonepat, to RCM Consumer Products Private Limited for ₹190 Cr. This unit has a book value of ₹108 Cr, representing 68.5% of the total book value of assets. The board noted the resignation of CFO Mr. Chashu Arora and appointed Mr. Pradeep Goswami as the new CFO, effective April 1, 2025. The sale proceeds will be used to meet commitments with lenders and support ongoing restructuring efforts.
