The Board of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. For the entire financial year, the profit stood at ₹118.26 crore, up 10.3% from ₹107.20 crore. Additionally, a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share (110%) has been proposed, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
