The Board of Directors of Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited has convened and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. For the quarter, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹53,672.68 cr, yielding a net profit of ₹518.74 cr, while standalone figures showed revenue of ₹48,083.12 cr and a net profit of ₹512.25 cr. A final dividend of ₹0.01 per equity share has been proposed, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. Bhupendra J. Shah & Associates has been appointed as the internal auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
