Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹53,672.68 Cr for the quarter and ₹228,147.62 Cr for the year, reflecting solid performance. A final dividend of ₹0.01 per equity share (1% of face value) has been proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. Bhupendra J. Shah & Associates has been appointed as the internal auditor, and M/s. V. M. Patel & Associates as the cost auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
