Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd's subsidiary, Kuttukaran Cars Pvt. Ltd., has received four Letters of Intent (LOIs) to establish Ather 3S facilities in Maharashtra. This marks the company's entry into a new state, expanding its network to three states. The facilities, planned for Nagpur, Chandrapur, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, will include an experience center, service center, and warehouse, with operations expected to begin in the second quarter.

MD Mr. Naveen Philip noted that this expansion strengthens the partnership with Ather and enhances their offerings in the 2-wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV) segment. The move is aligned with their strategy to broaden revenue streams and strengthen market presence while focusing on superior service and customer experience. This development presents a positive outlook for growth, particularly in the fast-evolving EV market in Maharashtra.
