Aimtron Electronics Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of AIMTRON has announced key decisions from their recent meeting. They approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and year ended 31st March 2025, including an auditor's report. The board appointed Mr. Sneh Satishkumar Shah as a Whole-time Director and approved M/s. CNK & Associates LLP as internal auditors, alongside M/s. S S Puranik & Associates and M/s. DRP & Associates for cost and secretarial audits, respectively, for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, a loan of up to ₹25 crore will be granted to their wholly-owned subsidiary, Aimtron Electronics LLC.
