The Board of Directors of Persistent Systems has appointed Mr. Vinit Teredesai as an Additional Director (Executive Member) effective April 24, 2025, pending approval at the upcoming AGM. The Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a profit of ₹14,001.61 million (₹1,400.16 Cr), with a final dividend of ₹15.00 per share proposed for the fiscal year 2024-25. Additionally, it sanctioned the merger of Arrka Infosec Pvt. Ltd. into Persistent Systems, subject to necessary approvals. B S R & Co.
