Samhi Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SAMHI Hotels Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss a proposed transaction involving primary investment from GIC Pte. Ltd. in its subsidiaries, Ascent Hotels Private Limited, SAMHI JV Business Hotels Private Limited, and Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited. The investment aims for GIC to acquire up to 35% equity in these subsidiaries, with a combined enterprise value of INR 2,200 Cr. The transaction will facilitate up to USD 300 million (~INR 2,550 Cr) in additional growth opportunities. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled to address shareholder approvals related to this transaction.
