Orient Cement Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Orient Cement Limited has approved the relocation of the registered office from Bhubaneswar, Orissa, to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, pending member approval at the next general meeting. They have appointed G. K. Choksi & Co. as the new statutory auditor following the resignation of B. S. R. & Associates LLP, effective immediately, and pending a ratification at the next annual general meeting. Additionally, Mr. Shobhit Dwivedi has been appointed as the internal auditor, and P.M. Nanabhoy & Co. appointed as the cost auditor, both effective from the same date.
